Two MIddelburg men accused of assaulting victor Mlotshwa and shoving him into a coffin were each granted R1,000 bail each by the Middelburg Magistrate’s Court on Friday.

Theo Martins Jackson and Willem Oosthuizen are charged with kidnapping and assault with the intent to do grievous bodily harm.

They alleged also to have threatened to pour petrol over Mlotshwa. The incident was recorded on video

The court has set 31 July to 10 August dates for Martins and Oosthuizen to be tried
