Fitness queen Sbahle Mpisane had her umemulo ceremony recently.

Umemulo is a traditional coming of age ceremony for a Zulu maiden. The ceremony normally indicates that the girl child is now a woman and is eligible for marriage.  The young maiden spends a week with other maidens.CLICK NEXT TO SEE MORE PICS
