Economic Freedom Fighters leader Julius Malema will appear Newcastle magistrate’s court on Tuesday for allegedly inciting and instigating the EFF to trespass and to illegally occupy any vacant land.

The trial is set for two days.

Malema has previously appeared in the Bloemfontein magistrate’s court on similar charges.

Malema is accused of calling for land invasions during the EFF elective conference in Bloemfontein in December 2014.
